Changed your mind? No problem.
We offer a 14-day hassle-free returns policy on all unworn, unmodified wigs returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to return
- Contact us at returns@manelogiq.co.uk with your order number
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Package your wig in its original box with all accessories
- Drop off at any Royal Mail location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Cannot be returned if:
- • Worn or styled
- • Tags removed
- • Returned after 14 days
- • Purchased during a final sale promotion
